Mobile Notary

All important documents need to be notarized before filing. When a document is notarized, an impartial notary public has verified your identity. Notarization adds validity to the documents you are filing, and no questions can be raised about their validity in the future.

Where the problem lies is that trying to get a document notarized is not an easy task. That alone takes time, but once you find one, you may have to wait a long time to meet with them to have your documents notarized.

What if there was a way to avoid all of the hassle? You can get documents notarized without sacrificing your time. You have the option of using a mobile notary service. Instead of coming to us, we will come to you at your home or office.

Say goodbye to spending hours waiting to get papers notarized. When you need us, we will always be able to create appointments based on your schedule. We keep our appointments and won’t waste any time during the process. Overall, SC Signing Mobile Notary provides quick and efficient notary services.

Apostille

Apostilles. The Apostille may be affixed to documents bearing the official signature and seal of a currently commissioned Alabama notary public, probate judge, or the current Alabama State Registrar.

The validity of the said documents only exists in the United States. For documents to be considered valid in other countries, you need an apostille.

An apostille is a document that validates not just the information but also the signatures and notary stamps on your paperwork. They are required for documents to be valid internationally. Some documents that need to be apostilled include birth certificates, school transcripts, diplomas, court orders, and powers of attorney.

You can request an apostille with the Alabama Secretary of State. Submit certified copies of the document, along with the foreign country in which the apostille will be used, and the state will issue the apostille.

SC Signing Mobile Notary Services provides you with a hassle-free option when it comes to notarizing documents. We can help you apply to a circuit court to authenticate the document and notary. Our notary seal on your document already means that the information is valid. Then we can obtain an apostille to go along with the records from the federal authorities.

Legal Documents

After signing the documents, the signatory or signatory is bound by a legally binding relationship. This legally enforceable relationship may be with any other individual or an organization. Usually, all kinds of agreements (verbal or written) can be enforced. However, if there isn’t a signed document, you can’t show the court what the provisions of the agreement were.

When you notarize your legal documents, that adds an extra level of validity and authenticity to the agreements being made. At SC Signing Mobile Notary, this is exactly what we do. We not only verify identities to prevent fraud, but we also ensure that all parties to an agreement have fully understood the conditions that are specified in the agreement. When we have ascertained that each party recognizes their responsibilities, we will stand in as an impartial witness on behalf of the state. Your notarized document is legally binding and can be held in a court of law if any breach occurs.

Most importantly, you do not need to stress about the notary when you have us on hand. We will come to your location at a time that fits your schedule.
